Little Angels Catholic Store Refund and Returns Policies
We want that your shopping experience with us is as pleasant and problem free as possible. We are here to help you. If and when you need to return an item or exchange it, these are the steps that we will need to follow to ensure we get this done as quickly as possible.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. Your item might still be eligible for a partial return and such requests are handled on a one on one basis.
Sealed bibles are the only items that we cannot issue a refund or a return. We truly apologize for this inconvenience. Other items that are not covered by our return and exchange policy are periodical publications and pamphlets. In addition, items purchased with Sale discounts at the store or online are not returnable.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Damaged items or items with missing parts are considered not returnable nor qualify for an exchange. All cases are reviewed on a one on one basis.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We are more than happy to process exchanges for you. Either if you want to exchange your purchase for the same item or another item, we are here to help you. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
